Position Overview
FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Access Control Specialist to join our growing team in Nashville. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in electronic security systems, with a focus on access control installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
No prior experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with installation of access control systems (card readers, keypads, door hardware)

  • Support senior technicians with system setup and configuration

  • Run and terminate low-voltage wiring

  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and connectivity problems

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections

  • Maintain accurate job documentation and reports

  • Communicate professionally with clients on-site


Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Preferred (not required):
  • Experience with low-voltage wiring or electrical work

  • Familiarity with access control systems or security technology

  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, routers, etc.)
